Director of Corporate Finance - Andy Battison

Andy has worked in Finance all of his working life, initially at Yorkshire Bank where he spent 13 years progressing through various branches and departments. Latterly his main day to day responsibilities were concerned with all aspects of lending and securities.

He subsequently moved on to Coopers and Lybrand in Leeds, and briefly PriceWaterhouseCoopers following the merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand where he spent 10years. He had involvement with both the Corporate Finance and Corporate Recovery teams and was instrumental in providing a workable strategy on many jobs undertaken in those departments.

Andy has many contacts within the finance industry and is acknowledged to be a pragmatic character who works hard to find the correct solutions to the clients needs, whether complex or otherwise.
